Course description
After a few years of hiatus, the popular course is back in a new form!
Emotions shape our lives. They are present in everyday life as well as in life's big decisions. In the course, we will explore together and individually how emotions affect our thinking and actions, our bodies and our communication. We will learn emotional regulation skills and how to best use emotional energy. You will find more joy in everyday life and strengthen your positive emotions. We will also look at how negative emotions can narrow our lives and how to gain more vitality through emotional balance. The course is suitable for those who want to develop their presence and interaction skills, increase their self-awareness and courage. Valamo is the perfect place to start a journey of discovery into listening to their own, authentic voice and the lifestyle that best suits them.
