There are space options ranging from group work rooms for 5-15 people and meeting rooms for 60 people to a conference hall with 300 seats.

In addition to peaceful and bright spaces, customers have access to the services of a competent meeting host and versatile AV equipment: data/video projector, video equipment with cameras, slide projectors, overhead projectors, speakers, and microphones. A grand piano is available in the Cultural Center. Special equipment by agreement.

Valamo's wireless WLAN network is available in the meeting rooms and Café-Restaurant Trapesa, as well as in the hotel and Institute Hotel (not in the guesthouse).
