Course description

Welcome to a spinning course that combines learning, working together and a relaxed atmosphere. During the course, the spinning wheels hum and the spindles turn – the most important thing is to share time with other spinners and enjoy the joy of doing things. There is also room for deeper discussions during the spinning retreat. The thoughts that arise while spinning can lead to reflections on life, values and spiritual themes – everyone is welcome to participate in the discussions according to their own desire and courage.

The course is suitable for both beginners and experienced spinners. If necessary, you will learn the basics of spinning: handling raw wool, carding, spinning with a spinning wheel and spindle, and winding the yarn, winding the skein and washing it. If you are already an experienced spinner, you can focus on your own project, exchange tips and get inspiration from others.

Bring your own spinning wheel, spindle and carding if you have one – but there are also tools available to borrow on site. You can buy a spindle from the teacher if you wish.
