Christmas at the Valamo Monastery — a time of peace, silence and celebration

The great celebrations of the church year bring many pilgrims and guests who are fond of the Valamo atmosphere to Valamo every year.
The peaceful atmosphere, atmospheric festive services and the reception by the monastery abbot create the best setting for celebrating the holidays.

Christmas full-board packages include accommodation, meals and programs.

If you wish, you can arrive before Christmas or stay after the holidays.

Cheap additional days in connection with the Christmas package 19.-23.12. and 26-28.12 at the monastery hotel or college hotel 40 €/ person/ day and at the guesthouse 30 €/ person/ day, including monastery breakfast.
