There are room options from 5-15 person group work spaces and 60 person meeting rooms to a 300 person conference hall.

In addition to the quiet and bright rooms, the customer has access to the services of a competent meeting host and a wide range of audiovisual equipment: data/video projector, video equipment with cameras, slide projectors, overhead projectors, speakers and microphones. The Cultural Center has a grand piano. Special equipment by agreement.

Valamo's wireless WLAN network works in the meeting rooms and the Café-Restaurant Trapesa, as well as in the hotel and the college hotel (not in the Red Guesthouse).

In addition to functional space, dining and accommodation arrangements, the sales service is happy to build a supplementary program for the visit that the customer wishes.

Valamo also hosts many family and class reunions and various family celebrations. Birthdays and other anniversaries are often celebrated with a prayer of thanksgiving.
