The feast day of the saints and enlighteners of Karelia and the day of the stories of the evacuees in Valamo on Saturday 31.10.2026

The Valamo Monastery will celebrate a diverse feast day on Saturday 31.10.2026, which combines the spiritual heritage of Karelia heritage, history and touching stories of evacuees.

The day is dedicated to remembering the saints and enlighteners of Karelia and to cherishing the memory of evacuees. The program offers participants the opportunity to pause for silence, culture and history in a unique monastery environment.
