The valuable objects, clothing, and icons in the monastery museum contain meanings that may surprise you.

The monastery's newest treasure is the cenotaph, or memorial chest, of the holy fathers Sergei and Herman, brought to the winter church attached to the Main Church. The silver, 1823-made sacred object was originally located in Valamo, Ladoga, on the site where, according to tradition, the founders of the monastery are buried. After various stages, the cenotaph returned "home" in September 2025 and is now available for everyone to admire in its glory.
