Welcome to an interesting tour to the Valamo Monastery! The program includes culture, shopping, the atmosphere of the Wine Tavern, and the delicacies of Trapesa.
Accommodation is also available at the monastery.

In the Valamo Monastery's "Heavenly Light" exhibition, paintings by artist Petri Ala-Maunus meet angels from icons in the Valamo and Riisa collections. The Monastery Museum presents the history of the monastery and ecclesiastical artifacts. The Monastery Museum is one of the most important entities presenting Orthodox culture and life in Finland.
