Cafe-restaurant Trapesa
One of the monastery's most important meeting places is its cozy 260-seat café-restaurant Trapesa, which is licensed as an A. In addition to buffet meals, coffee, tea and snacks are available all day. Trapesa offers a la carte menus for groups, but there is no á la carte menu in our restaurant.
We are looking for a creative and independent chef, a lively and energetic restaurant worker, and a hard-working dishkeeper for our restaurant.
As a chef at Trapesa, you are responsible for preparing lunch dishes and a la carte menus independently. We require industry training and a hygiene passport. Previous experience in the industry is considered an advantage.
As a restaurant worker at Trapesa, you will ensure the smooth serving of the restaurant. We require industry training and hygiene and serving passports. Knowledge of Finnish is essential, English is a plus. We value previous work experience in the restaurant industry and kitchen tasks. We use the Hotellinx Poslink program, so knowledge of Hotellinx is an advantage.
As a dishwashing attendant at Trapesa, your responsibility is to wash dishes, and the task also includes training the people who assist in dishwashing. The task is ideal for students, for example. We require a minimum age of 16 and a hygiene passport.
The summer at Trapesa is busy and the work is shift work. You will learn new things and develop at work, and a happy and lively team will support and help!

The salary group for the positions of cook and restaurant worker is 4, and for the position of dish attendant 1.
