If you like hustle, bustle and pictures, this is the course for you! We paint icons using the egg tempera technique and genuine natural pigments. No prior knowledge or skills are required. You can join even if you have painted before. The course is suitable for 14–20 year olds. Kata has been teaching a youth icon painting group in Espoo since 2015. The course price includes paints and brushes and one base. This course can also be taught in Swedish or English if needed. Teaching is also possible in English if needed. The teacher is icon painter Katarina Koskivaara-Ilmonen. The course is supported by the Finnish Orthodox Church. Attention grandmas and godparents: the course is a nice and different gift idea for a young person!
