The great feasts of the church year bring many pilgrims and guests fond of the Valamo atmosphere to Valamo every year.
The peaceful atmosphere, atmospheric festive services, and the Abbot's reception create the best possible setting for celebrating the holidays.

If you wish, you can arrive before Christmas or stay after the holidays. 

Affordable extra nights in conjunction with the Christmas package 19.-23.12. and 26.-28.12. in the Monastery Hotel or Institute Hotel 40 €/ person/ night and in the guesthouse 30 €/ person/ night, including monastery breakfast.
