Väisänen Heli Väisänen

I am Heli Väisänen, a wellbeing and change coach. I have been a part-time teacher at Valamo College since the summer of 2017 and currently have five different courses a year. Each of my courses has the same core: How to find not so much the best, but the most authentic version of ourselves. Valamo is a great place for this in every season. A place where it is easy to be present for yourself and others, to gain a new kind of vitality and inner peace. To start the change you need the most - with small, easy, but effective means.I hold a Master of Arts degree, and I am a classroom and music teacher, as well as a certified coach. Nowadays I primarily work as an entrepreneur, but I sometimes substitute as a resource teacher and early childhood education teacher in the Helsinki Metropolitan Area. The words "serial enthusiast" and "eternal student" describe me. People of all ages are my greatest interest.I often think about what kind of mark we leave on each other and what we could do differently so that we would have more joy, beauty, and hope. I have met wonderful people in my life who have meaningful things to say to all of us. For these reasons, I make a podcast called Kuusi kehää. You can find it on YouTube.
