What all does ancient Christian culture offer, where there is no boundary between the secular and the spiritual? In Armenia's age-old folk culture, even a drinking song can be Christian. What nuances does Armenian spirituality acquire in the ancient writing system, carpets, stone carving art, folk songs, poems, sacred visual arts? How do communalism, nationality, and the aesthetics of mountain landscapes intertwine with Christian spirituality? Tidbits of Armenian cultural history are presented by Father Serafim Seppälä, who serves as a professor at the University of Eastern Finland. The language of instruction is Finnish.
