This course is intended for older pilgrims from parishes, those who are retired or on the threshold of retirement age. The program includes singing, lectures, outdoor activities, and relaxed togetherness. The highlight of the days is participation in the Feast of the Nativity of the Theotokos on September 8th. The course is supported by the Orthodox Church of Finland.

Luggage is left on the bus or in the monastery's luggage storage. Room keys are distributed at the cultural center at 16:30, when travel cards are also filled out and collected.
