Emotions color our lives. They are present in everyday life as well as in life's major decisions. On this course, we will explore together and individually how emotions affect our thinking and actions, our bodies and our communication. We will learn emotion regulation skills and how to best utilize emotional energy. You will find more joy in everyday life than before and strengthen your positive emotions. We will also examine how negative emotions can narrow our lives and how to gain more vitality through emotional balance. The course is suitable for you who want to develop your presence and interaction skills, increase your self-awareness and courage.
