Does it feel like daily life takes more than it gives? That you can't give your best – or that nothing really feels like anything? Vitality may be hidden, but it is not lost.

In this course, we will return to the source of energy to explore where our own stamina and joy of life spring from, and how they can be strengthened amidst everyday life. You will learn to identify your own energy sources and drains, find ways to recover and balance yourself, and create a meaningful daily life. During the course, we will do insightful exercises, share thoughts together, and recharge our batteries in a peaceful, accepting atmosphere. You will take home new energy and practical tools to support your well-being. The instructor is occupational well-being coach, supervisor Sirpa Kirjalainen.
