The course delves deeper into spiritual life and questions of spiritual life, meditative prayer, and Christian mysticism. The goal is to increase awareness of the process of spiritual growth, to consider how questions related to personality and well-being relate to spiritual life, to learn new ways to contemplate one's relationship with God, and to share thoughts and experience spiritual connection with others. The course is suitable for everyone interested in spiritual and religious questions who wants to strengthen and diversify their own spiritual life. Themes include various methods of meditative and contemplative prayer (centering prayer, Lectio Divina Bible meditation, welcoming prayer), well-being and spirituality, challenges in spiritual life, and a contemplative way of life.
