Our program proposal for groups of 15-25 people:

Day 1: Hearty fun in Rääkkylä

• Arrival in Rääkkylä at Sari Kaasinen's cultural home Villa Ruusula
• Karelian pastry workshop, Karelian soup lunch or sapuska, and become a kantele master in an hour - workshop and concert
• Transfer to Valamo in Heinävesi, dinner at Restaurant Trapesa

Day 2: Charmed by Valamo

• Breakfast in Valamo
• Guided Monastery Tour, visit to the Monastery Museum and exhibition, buffet lunch, wine tour and tasting, shopping in the store and departure coffee
• Transfer to Joensuu and accommodation at Apartment Hotel Lietsu
• Information about Karelian food tradition and Karelian dinner
• Sauna opportunity in Lietsu's riverside sauna

Day 3: Exploring the river city

• Karelian local food breakfast at Hotel Lietsu
• Visit to Museum Elieli with a guide and browsing the boutiques of Taitokortteli
• Soup Lunch and departure for home
• If desired, for an additional fee, explore other Joensuu attractions such as the Botania art garden

3-day and two-night program starting from 468 € /person/double room including 2 nights accommodation with full board and program, transportation not included.
