Warmly welcome to the Well-being Mind training, which is intended for everyone who wants to maintain or promote their mental well-being. The training is practical and strengthens the participant's motivation and ability to take care of their psychological well-being. It also offers an opportunity to try out approaches that support mental well-being. The key framework of the training is the five ways to well-being recommendations: connect, be active, take notice, keep learning, give to others. The recommendation is based on practices proven beneficial for mental well-being. The purpose of the training is to achieve A GOOD MIND with the help of small goals, which will be revisited even after the course ends. Instructors are Markku Niemenlehto and Anna Toikka-Niemenlehto. The training replaces the previous Mental Health First Aid® 1 – Mental Health as a Life Skill training.
The Total price is 300 €/OH1, including tuition, accommodation, and meals according to the program. The Payment share for the course fee is 130 €.
