Trapunto is a traditional Italian three-dimensional sewing and quilting technique. In the Trapunto course, you will learn about a decorative sewing technique that allows you to create sophisticated, relief-like patterns on fabric. You can also use recycled materials in your work. You will learn the basic techniques of trapunto and create your own unique textile works with striking textile decoration. The course instructor is craft artist Irina Hirvonen. The language of instruction is Finnish.
