What is the Savior like on the silver screen? How can one encounter the sacred in film? What is the transcendental style in film? In Valamo's film seminar, religion in film is explored by watching and discussing films together. The course instructor is Niilo Rantala, a theologian and journalist specializing in films, who also curates and presents the four films shown during the course. The seminar will feature guest speakers. The language of instruction is Finnish.

Rantala Niilo
